Dear Parents, Please make a note of the following guidelines:- 1. Children must attend the school regularly and maintain a minimum attendance of 90%. Board classes 9th -12th must maintain a minimum attendance of 75% and above. Please note Board roll number will not be issued in case attendance falls below 75%. 2. Leave application to be sent 1 day before in case of planned leaves. 3. Leave application should reach the school email before 08:00 am on the day if the leave is due to sickness or any other reason. In case of any emergency parents can inform the school same day. Leaves received after 08:00 am will be marked absent as all the leaves received before 08:00 am are duly informed to the Class Teachers. Leaves received after 08:00 am are informed later during the day to the Class Teachers. Leave application can be sent through school app also which is E-care Pro up to class 8. Please note application in email needs to be sent for classes 9th - 12th. 4. E-mail for sending leave application: info@shardainternationalschool.in 5. Half day is not allowed. The school discourages the half day, early pick up or late drop to the school. Early pick up is allowed in case of a medical emergency and visa/passport appointment. 6. The school gate opens at 07:35 am. Last morning bell - 07:55 am. Gate closes at 08:00 am. 7. Please do not send your child to the school if he/she is sick or suffering due to any illness. However leave application should be sent before 08:00 am to the school email I'd. 8. Transport fee is charged for 11 months. 9. Last date of payment of fee for the quarter is 15th of the month. Request you to kindly pay on time to avoid late fine. Fee for the first quarter (April to June is payable by 15th April) Fee for the second quarter (July to September is payable by 15th July) Fee for the third quarter (October to December is payable by 15th October) Fee for the fourth quarter (January to March is payable by 15th January) 10. Cheque should be made in favour of "SHARDA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL". 11. Bounce charge of Rs 250 is applicable if the cheque gets dishonoured due to any reason. If the fee is being paid after 15th day of the month in which it is due, late fine will also be applicable along with the bounce charge. 12. Kindly use digital modes of payment for smooth payment of the fee. 13. Kindly save the schools phone number:- , 0124-4944529, 0124-2974748, Mobile - 8376073000. You may call during all working days between 08:00 am - 03:30 pm. 14. Please make sure that your latest mobile number is with the E-care team to receive all the recent notices/information/sms. 15. Every parent is requested to download E-care Pro app from the Playstore (Android)/App Store (Apple users). Username and passwords were sent to all the parents. However if someone has not received please send us an email and the same will be shared to you. Any email received after 03:00 pm will be replied by next working day. 16. Bus routes have been carefully assigned after keeping in mind the age group of all the children. Parents are advised to pick and drop to the designated bus stops. Please note door to door pick up/drop is not possible. Parents may have to walk 100-200 metres to pick up/drop their child. The bus will ply only as per the approved routes. Parent/Guardian is expected to be present at the stop in the afternoon to pick up their child, otherwise the child will be brought back to the school and will have to be picked up from the school by the Parent/Guardian. 17. Bus will not stop/wait for any child for more than 2 minutes as we have to respect everyone's time and punctuality. 18. Please note the bus will not be able to ply if the driver is sick. The school keeps safety of the child first hand in such cases. Parents will have to pick/drop the child to the school in case the driver bhaiya is not well. 19. Parents are always welcome to meet the Principal. Please fix your appointment before hand to reduce your waiting time. You can email for taking an appointment or call on the numbers mentioned above between 08:00 am - 02:00 pm on all working days to fix your appointment. 20. Kindly read your school child's diary given to you and check your wards diary daily for any notes/Home-work. 21. Children should come in school uniform along with I'd card. Warm Regards Principal
