Dear Parents The school break has come to an end, and school is back in action! I hope that the break has been restful and rejuvenating for all, and that our children return to school with many, many fond memories. Now that we are settling back into the structured rhythm of school, there are reminders, updates, and queries that need attention. Although much of this is information you must already have on hand, I am sharing it again for everyone's convenience. SIS ANNUAL CALENDAR It will be our endeavour to stick to these dates as closely as possible. However, extenuating circumstances may lead to some changes. Arrival and dispersal protocols The window of arrival at school is from 7:30 am - 7:55 am. School gates close at 8:00 am sharp and no students will be allowed to enter beyond this point. Buses are dispersed by 2:20 pm and walker dispersals begin at 2:00 pm. Please make sure children reach school on time. Student Record Updation Form A big thank you to everyone for participating in our annual data updation exercise! Big thanks to every parent who has deposited Parivaar Pehchaan Patra (PPP) in office. In case you have not been able to do this yet, please spare five minutes and get PPP prepared and submit the same in office immediately. Please note the Student Registration Number (SRN) cannot be generated without PPP. As this task is fully automated and online it is mandatory for every child studying in Haryana to have an SRN Number. So please submit the PPP immediately so that our team can generate your child's SRN from the portal. Please make sure your correct mobile number is updated with our E-care team so that you don't face any issues while receiving SMS or browsing app from our end. If there is any change in your mobile number please get in touch with our E-care team and get it updated. School Policy Documents It is said that structure creates freedom by allowing us to focus on what truly matters. Please follow the school's core policies that help us shape our learners. Please help us uphold the school policies and instill the values of discipline in our students.
