YOGA IS GOOD FOR OUR HEALTH. STUDENTS WERE TOLD THAT A HEALTHY MIND REMAINS IN A HEALTHY BODY. SO SOME YOGA EXERCISES WERE DONE IN THE MORNING ACTIVITY. STUDENTS WERE TOLD BOUT DIFFERENT AASANS AND THEIR BENEFITS LIKE TREE POSE, MOUNTAIN POSE, BUTTERFLY ETC. CHANTING OF 'OM' WAS ALSO DONE BY THE STUDENTS. STUDENTS ENJOYED THIS ACTIVITY VERY MUCH
