Haryana Government(Child Welfare Council Bal Bhavan) is Celebrating ‘Bal Mahotsav 2019’ at Kingdom of Dreams from 19th Dec,2019 to 23rd Dec,2019.The Students of Class 4th went at the celebration and enjoyed fun and Frolic there. Heavy lunch was also provided to the students as per their wish. Students enjoyed the celebration enthusiastically.
