Class 8 students created four different
sound instruments using simple materials like cardboard, rubber bands, plastic
bottles, straws, and metal cans in a class room activity. The aim was to
demonstrate how sound is produced through vibrations. The purpose of the
activity was to provide hands-on learning and encourage creative thinking while
understanding sound concepts practically. The objective was to help students
explore how different materials and designs produce sound, develop teamwork,
and apply theoretical knowledge. As a result, students successfully made
working sound instruments, enhanced their understanding of vibrations and sound
production, and enjoyed a fun, interactive learning experience.
