ACTIVITY INCHARGE - Ms Geetika & Ms Renu
Today, we conducted a yoga activity with the children. The session began with simple breathing exercises to help them relax and focus. After that, the students practiced basic yoga postures such as Tadasana (Mountain Pose), Vrikshasana (Tree Pose), Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), and Shavasana (Relaxation Pose). Each child tried to maintain balance and follow the teacher’s instructions carefully.
The activity helped improve the students’ concentration, flexibility, and body balance. They also learned the importance of yoga in keeping the mind calm and the body healthy. The children enjoyed doing the poses and participated with great enthusiasm. The session ended with a short meditation and deep breathing practice.
Overall, the yoga activity encouraged the students to adopt healthy habits and understand the value of physical and mental well-being
