HPC ACTIVITY 

ACTIVITY INCHARGE- Ms MAHIMA

In Class VIII, students actively participated in two activities based on the topic Quadrilaterals. In the first activity, they verified that the sum of the interior angles of a quadrilateral is 360° by cutting and arranging the four angles of different quadrilaterals around a point. This gave them a clear and practical understanding of the property.

In the second activity, students prepared creative masks using quadrilaterals like squares, rectangles, rhombuses, and trapeziums. They designed colorful masks by combining these shapes, which helped them apply geometry in art and daily life.

Both activities were conducted with great enthusiasm. They helped students connect mathematics with creativity and real-life applications, while also enhancing their reasoning, observation, and presentation skills.
