Say No to Plastic" activity:
On July 3rd, we organized a "Say No to Plastic" activity for my LKG and nursery students to celebrate International Plastic Bags Free Day. I began by sharing a story about cows falling ill after consuming plastic, which piqued the students' interest. We then had a discussion during which the children shared their ideas about plastic pollution and asked insightful questions. To drive home the message, the students decorated reusable cloth bags as an alternative to single-use plastic. It was heartening to witness the students wholeheartedly engaging with this crucial environmental issue.
